Damp Seal is thermo plastic and completely water repellent.

MEMBRANE COAT gets applied direct to raw concrete as it is self priming and breathes like your skin. NOTE: Special application method only.

ALL WALL is a user friendly finish coat for properly treated surfaces.

FLOORS

Wash floor with QUATTRO 640 in a diluted format of 15:5 with water (15). Apply to a foam state and leave for 15-30 min to draw oil and grease from floor. This process might need to be repeated for best results as it will also etch epoxy. QUATTRO MPD MUST BE USED CAREFULLY to remove stubborn oil stains. MPD is also a paint stripper.

Various primers could be used on new floors with our choice being

Damp Sealer

Epoxy Primer

Poly Primer PU

Water-borne Epoxy has the best chemical resistance of all floor coatings while

Polyurethane has superior flexibility

Stoop Paint is cheaper and does not last that long due to the lack of abrasion resistance.
